Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed via KOVALI.DE. The contractual partner is the merchant named in the contact and merchant information on this page.

Order and Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR). Currently, depending on availability, the following payment methods may be displayed at checkout: PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay), Klarna - Pay Flexible, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Depending on your device, browser, country, and checkout availability, individual express payment methods may only be shown if they are available for your order. The selection shown directly at checkout is always decisive. Further information can be found in our Payment Information.

The charge or authorization takes place as part of the order completion. Refunds are generally processed using the same payment method that was used for the order.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free for the countries listed in our Shipping Information. The estimated standard delivery time is 4 to 12 business days.

Liability for Defects and Warranty

Statutory liability for defects applies. If a delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@kovali.de and provide your order number. If possible, include photos and a brief description.

For questions regarding orders, delivery, payment, returns, cancellation, or complaints, you can contact us by email at any time. We generally process customer inquiries during our support hours Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (Europe/Berlin, CET/CEST).

Returns

Returns must be registered in advance via email. The merchant address from the impressum is not an automatic return address. You will receive the appropriate return address and procedure after contacting us.
