This shipping information summarizes where KOVALI.DE ships to, what the costs are, and when you can expect your delivery.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free. We do not charge additional shipping costs for the delivery countries listed below.

Delivery Countries

We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, and Italy.

Deliveries outside these countries are currently not part of our regular shipping offer.

Order Cut-off

Our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM in the time zone Europe/Berlin (CET/CEST). Orders received after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

Processing Time

Processing time is 0 to 2 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Transit Time

The pure transit time after dispatch is 4 to 10 business days.

Total Delivery Time

The total standard delivery time, including processing and transit, is 4 to 12 business days. This delivery window applies to standard shipping to the countries listed above.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number is available, we will send you the tracking information by email. Please note that tracking data may be updated with a delay depending on the shipping service provider.

Address Errors and Undeliverable Shipments

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us at info@kovali.de. We will then discuss the next steps together.
